Aigently is a platform businesses use to build and run conversational agents — on a website, in a chat, and on the phone. This policy covers two groups of people: the customers whose teams use the console, and the people who talk to an agent a customer has published.

What an agent collects belongs to the customer who runs it. We hold it on their behalf and process it to provide the service. If you spoke to an agent and want your data removed, ask the business you were speaking to — we will help them do it.

What we collect

  • Account — Your name, email address, organization, and the sign-in sessions and security events that keep the account safe. Passwords are stored only as a hash, so we never hold the password itself.
  • Conversations — What was said in a chat or on a call, the transcript of it, and the values an agent was set up to collect. Calls are recorded when the agent's recording setting is on, which its owner controls per agent.
  • Contact identifiers — The phone number or WhatsApp identity a conversation arrived on, where the channel provides one.
  • Anything sent to an agent — A photo or file a person sends during a conversation.
  • Operational records — Request logs, audit events, usage counters, and the timing measurements used to keep conversations fast.

What we use it for

Running the service, billing for it, keeping it secure, and helping customers who ask for support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use conversation content to train models of our own.

Who else sees it

Only what is needed to carry a conversation and to run the platform: the language, speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers that produce an agent's replies and its voice; the telephony and messaging carriers that connect a call or deliver a message; and our hosting and storage. A customer can also connect their own tools and webhooks, which sends conversation data to systems they chose and control.

How long we keep it

  • Account and organization records — For as long as the organization exists.
  • Conversations, transcripts and recordings — Until they are deleted. A deployment can set a retention window that removes them automatically; without one they are kept, so that deleting is the customer's decision rather than ours.
  • Security and audit records — Up to twelve months.
  • Delivery logs and operational telemetry — Up to thirty days.
  • Something uploaded and never sent — A few hours.

Deleting a conversation deletes its transcript, its recording, and anything attached to it.

How it is protected

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Every read and write is scoped to one organization at the query itself rather than filtered afterwards, so one customer's data is never in the same result as another's. Credentials a customer gives the platform are held in an encrypted vault, and who can see what in the console is decided by role.

Your choices

Customers control recording, how long conversations are kept, and whether an agent remembers a caller between conversations — and can export or delete their data from the console at any time. If you want to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to us and we will act on it.
